This EULA is provided for review and should be checked by qualified legal counsel before being treated as final.
Licence and permitted usage
Subject to these terms, Divyaveda grants an account holder a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for its internal business operations.
Restrictions
You may not resell access, copy or adapt the software, reverse engineer or decompile it except where law expressly permits, circumvent security controls, or use it to build a competing service.
Intellectual property
Divyaveda and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, software, interfaces, documentation, and branding. No ownership is transferred by granting access.
Third-party services
The platform may interoperate with services such as identity, communications, cloud storage, analytics, or payment providers. Their terms and privacy notices may also apply.
Disclaimer and limitations
The platform is provided for business operations and may be changed or temporarily unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded and liability is limited to losses that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Termination
This licence ends when platform access is terminated. You must stop using the platform after termination; provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
Updates and modifications
We may update the platform or this EULA for security, operational, or legal reasons. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised EULA.
