Refund and Return Policy
At Divyaveda, we value your trust and satisfaction. As a trusted Ayurvedic products and medicines manufacturing company offering services in third-party manufacturing, private labeling, and direct product sales to wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and doctors, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent purchase experience for both B2B and B2C clients.
1. Return Policy
For Retail (B2C) Customers:
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
We do not accept returns for opened products, customized orders, or perishable Ayurvedic goods.
For B2B/Wholesale Clients:
Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or issues related to packaging damage during transit.
Custom or private-labeled products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a quality issue verified by our team.
All return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery with valid proof (images/video).
2. Refund Policy
Approved returns will be eligible for a refund or replacement, based on the situation and customer preference.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after product inspection and approval.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.
3. Cancellation Policy
Retail orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.
B2B/Third-party manufacturing/private label orders cannot be cancelled once production or packaging has started.
